WILLIAM E. RION AWARD
CANDIDATE NOMINATION FORM
Any full-time union staff professional in Region 6 may be nominated for this award. If nominated, the recipient, or an official representative from the institution, must be present at the Regional Conference Closing Banquet to accept the award. The nominations of candidates may be made by any individual within the Region.
NORMAN A. WHITTEN AWARD
CANDIDATE NOMINATION FORM
Any full-time student in good standing may be nominated as the candidate from his/her institution. If nominated for the award, the student, or an official representative from the institution, must be present at the Regional Conference Closing Banquet to accept the Award. The Union Director must sign all nominations. In situations where there is not a Union Director, the nomination must be signed by his/her counterpart at the institution. One or more of the following persons may make the nominations of candidates:
a.) A faculty member of the institution
b.) College Administration other than from the Union
c.) Union Director or Program Director
d.) Union Governing Board, Policy Board, or Programming staff member
