Table Tennis entry fee: $45
Billiards entry fee: $65

Poetry Slam: $100 (team of 4)

Late registration will be accepted from February 11th through the 17th. Costs are $75 for Billiards and $60 for Table Tennis after February 10th.

This form must be printed, filled out and returned
